Tracking Service Hours
Beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, we are requiring each family to complete 20 hours of service per year to the school. For families with a single parent or guardian and our Pre-school classes, the obligation is 10 hours per year. It is the parent’s responsibility to report their service hours on SchoolSpeak (www.schoolspeak.com) as they are completed. It is important to keep your hours up-to-date so the hours can be managed appropriately. There are many opportunities needing volunteer or service hours including activities such as: Trivia Night, Family Fun Night, Bingo, TRIP, hot lunch, Grandparents’ Day, Catholic Schools Week, Summer Send Off, Teacher Appreciation Week, coaching, and athletic events to name a few. Families can track their service hours using the "Track Service Hours" link on the left side of your SchoolSpeak homepage. If you have any problems recording your time on SchoolSpeak, please contact the school office.

Youth Choir Information - Flyer attached
A little over a year ago, Father DeBlock requested we start a youth choir in our parish. So far, our youth choir has approximately 12 members but we wish to increase our numbers. The choir sings at the 4:30 Mass on Saturdays, 3 times a month (2nd, 3rd and 4th weekends) and rehearse the Thursdays before at 6:30. We are also now offering additional rehearsals for the school students during their lunch hour and after school on Tuesdays to increase participation. Please prayerfully consider joining us! If interested, fill out the attached form and return it to the school office as soon as possible.
