St. Catherine of Siena Kids Karaoke Tonight! - flyer attached
Please join us for our first ever St. Catherine of Siena Kids Karaoke Night! This event will be held on Wednesday, March 21st from 5:30-8:30pm at the Chubby Bullfrog located inside Spring Hill Mall. Kids can sing solo, a duet, or with a group of friends while you cheer them on and enjoy a tasty dinner with your family! 10% of all food purchases that night will be given back to our school! This is a Home and School organized event. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
 
March Madness Dress Down Day
St. Catherine's Student Council has organized a March Madness Dress Down Day on Friday, March 23rd. The cost to participate is $1.00. Students are encouraged to wear their favorite college shirt or colors to represent the team they are supporting. All money raised from this Dress Down Day will be used for special activities for the students such as the end of the year picnic lunch. Spiritwear Day, which was originally schedule for March 23rd, has been rescheduled for Friday, April 6th. 
 
Letter from the Village of West Dundee 03/21/2018 affecting Village Quarter Road
WEST DUNDEE On Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. and again on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. Village Quarter Road between Royal Lane and W. Main Street will be reduced to one lane due to utility work for the new construction of Spring Hill Senior Residences. The Village is urging commuters to find alternate routes during this timeframe to alleviate the congestion in this area.

The Village of West Dundee appreciates your patience and cooperation during this construction period in this area.

Last Day of School - *Update*
Due to the snow day that occurred on Friday, February 9th, we will need to extend the school year one more day. Our last day of school will be on Friday, June 1st. Students will still be dismissed at 11:30 AM. Please make sure to update your calendars with this information.

Musician and traveling worship leader Jackie Francois coming to St. Catherine's - Flyer attached
All are invited to celebrate Easter week with an amazing speaker and musician! Singer/songwriter and worship leader Jackie Francois of Orange County, California will present her inspiring story “New Life in Christ” on Friday, April 6 from 7pm-9pm for teens and Saturday, April 7, 2017 from 9am -1pm for all ages here at St. Catherine of Siena Church.
 
This will be a special opportunity for teens, individuals, and couples to become enlightened about their faith with inspirational stories and original music and songs. Jackie is an artist with OCP/ SpiritandSong.com and has released two albums, “Your Kingdom is Glorious” and “Divine Comedy”. They are available on iTunes or SpiritandSong.com.
 
There is no cost to attend. Free will donations will accepted for the Saturday presentation. Babysitting will be available for children, ages 3 and up, on Saturday. Reservations for babysitting are requested. For information, contact Brianna Wessel, director of adult education, at 847-426-2217.
 
 Lenten FISH Food Drive  - Fill the Knights of Columbus Trailer on Palm Sunday

We will be collecting Cash, Checks, and Food donations on March 24th and 25th for F.I.S.H. All donations can be dropped off before or after each of the Masses. We will be in the parking lot with our trailer collecting your donations. Please consider the less fortunate during this Easter Season! Please make all checks payable to the “Knights of Columbus”, any monetary donations are greatly appreciated

If you prefer to donate food, the following list provides some recommendations: Canned foods of all kinds, Pastas, Beans and Rice, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Cooking oil, Canned and instant soups , Cereals (low sugar), Tooth paste, Shampoo and Soaps, Baby diapers and wipes. Thank you for your support!

Looking to save money on your next tuition bill and raise money for the school? Many school families already participate in our TRIP program and earn back monthly rebates towards their tuition. Families order gift cards through the Great Lakes Scrip Program and receive back a rebate percentage on each card which is then applied towards tuition. We would love to add new families to this program! Friends and other family members can also participate to help earn rebates towards your tuition.
