Registration for the 2017 - 2018 School Year
Registration for the 2017 - 2018 school year will open via your Schoolspeak account next Friday, January 13th. We will send out an email to all school families early next week with an updated tuition schedule, information on how to access the online registration, and general information about the upcoming school year. As a reminder, January tuition statements were emailed to parents on January 5th, and tuition must be current before your child's registration will be accepted for next year. If you have questions about your current statement, please contact the school office to set up an appointment with Mrs. Link.

School Absences and Illnesses
With the return to school and the flu season upon us, we just wanted to share a few quick reminders if your child has been sick or has missed a day of school.
  • If your child is sent home from school with a fever, he/she must be fever free for 24 hours without being on fever reducing medication before they are allowed to return to school.
  • Students exhibiting stomach flu symptoms should be symptom free for 24 hours before returning to school.
  • Please encourage your child to wash their hands frequently, sneeze and/or cough into their elbow.
  • Students must bring a note with them when returning to school explaining why they were absent.
Let's do our best to stay healthy this year!!

Character Counts: Responsibility
As we return to school we will focus on the fourth pillar of our Character Counts program - Responsibility.
The color green represents "strength like a tree". In Romans 14:12 the Bible says, "So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God." As Catholics we have a responsibility to not only practice our faith but to be living examples of our faith for ourselves and those around us. Some examples of how we can show personal responsibility are:

Be reliable and dependable; when you agree to do something, do.
Take care of your own business. Don't make others do what you are supposed to do.
Take responsibility for your actions; don't make excuses or blame others.
Use your head; think before you act; imagine the consequences.

Please take some time this week to discuss with your child some ways they can become more responsible in their lives.

Grandparents and Special Friends' Day - Wednesday, February 1st
Please save the date to join us for this very special event during Catholic School's Week. Invitations will go out to families next week to invite Grandparents and Special Friends to join us Wednesday, February 1st for Mass and other fun activities. More information about the day will be included with the invitation.

February Lunch Orders
The link is now open on Schoolspeak to place your orders for February hot lunches. The link will remain open through Wednesday, January 25th.

2016-2017 Yearbooks

ATTENTION CLASS OF 2021!

Testing will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., and will take approximately 3 hours. Please download the registration from our website, www.stedhs.org, and bring it to the testing day with the $15.00 fee. TRIP (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program)

Make buying weekly scrip cards your New Year's Resolution. It'll become habit-forming saving tuition money each month! Remember that you can pay off your Kohl's charge card with the "Kohl's Cares" gift card we sell in the office or online at www.shopwithscrip.com . Kohl's is the only store that allows you to pay your charge card bill with gift cards. Don't forget that you can use Meijer and Woodman's gift cards for groceries AND gas. Each card you purchase in the school office or online earns tuition rebates for you! Our next order is on Monday, January 11th . Please have your payment in the school office by 9:00 am .
